Penny was part of a colony and surrendered to FBC because her babies were struggling to survive outside. She was bone thin and malnourished, nursing 5 kittens (one passed away after rescue and Penny went on to adopt an orphan, Tater).

Ellie was part of a surrender of a malnourished mom and 5 babies.  She is quiet and shy, though sweet when she warms up to you.  She would love to be adopted with her sister, Mae, and would thrive in an environment where she is not the center of attention.

Blanket arrived at FBC after learning that her and her siblings were thrown out of a foreclosed home when the owner moved.  Blanket had to be trapped, but quickly turned on the charm so she could be an inside cat. She loves cuddles and attention and, in true old lady form, spends most of her day sleeping.

Daisy was abandoned at our vet's clinic.  She was trapped and it was discovered she had recently nursed.  We believe she was thrown out and the kitten(s) kept.  She is the sweetest cat I've ever met and LOVES being held.  She is shy at first but would spend her whole day in someone's arms if she could.

Mae was part of a surrender of a malnourished mom and 5 babies.  She, like her sisters, enjoys hiding in weird spots.  She can be shy at first, but loves tushy rubs and head scritches.  She would love to be adopted with her sister, Ellie, and would thrive in an environment where she is not the center of attention.

Bianca was part of a surrender of a malnourished mom and 5 babies.  She overcame the odds and flourished into a happy, healthy kitten.  She loves hiding in weird spots and crying for attention.  She would adore being adopted with her best friend, her mom, Penny.

Bonnet was dumped at a local Walmart heavily pregnant.  She was being cared for by the mechanics in the auto center before they reached out for help.  A few days later, she gave birth to 3 healthy, very chunky babies.  Bonnet is sweet, but still discovering her personality outside of motherhood (once the kittens wean she'll transition back to her normal behaviors).
